Terms
Last updated 29 June 2026. Lùc is in private beta; the operating entity and governing law are being finalised. Questions? Use the contact page.
By using luc.so and the Lùc beta, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The beta
Lùc is in private beta. Access is limited, invited, and provided as-is. Features may change, break, or pause, and we may end the beta or your access without notice.
Who can use Lùc
Use Lùc for your work, on behalf of a business. You need to be able to enter a contract and be at least 18.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Lùc to break the law or to harm others.
- If you run interviews with Lùc, get the consent the law requires from the people you interview, and tell them how their answers and any recordings will be used.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, or try to break its security.
Your content and data
You own what you put into Lùc and what comes out of your interviews. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you.
You're responsible for having a lawful basis to interview and record the people you talk to. For their data, you are the controller and we act on your instructions.
Our rights
We own Lùc: the software, the brand, and the site. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
No warranty
Lùc is provided as-is during the beta. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profit, or revenue from using the beta.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. We may suspend or end your access if you break them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Lùc is operated, confirmed before public launch.
